Review Culture // Engagement

If we look at all of our efforts in life, they all lead to one thing in life, which is how our reputation maintains to being the same, with no problem at all. People now are living two types of lives, their real life and their social media life which makes them even more cautious about what they say or do. The same occurs with companies and businesses. They always attempt to be on the good side of their customers so with high hopes that they will aid in bringing in new clientele.

Review culture is the backlog and the safety precaution that whatever product or service a customer is purchasing, is of a high standard, and not of those low quality products. What this entails is that customers are more likely to check out the reviews so that they do not buy a bad product for the sake of it, they can reassure that it is good instead. There are multiple ways for you to get good feedback and that is by: reviews, ratings, likes, comment, views, reposts, shares and many more. Usually, the best method to get a great rep is when companies after every sale they make, they give small hints to their clients to give them a review on TripAdvisor or on Google, this way, they are more inclined to write one, even being a positive review too. A better reputation also allows for an individual or company to earn more money from this because they are seen as a worthwhile place. However, that is how you are seen online, so the image is clearly being drawn out for you but you can only hold out so much being something that isn't true, and that is a worry.
