CMS allows for the creation of a web page in a more simplistic way all though an interface that grants you the ability to manage any layer of a web page, which include the content, design, structure, user management, etc. This is all done through a more straightforward looking interface meaning that those without the knowledge of code can still use and function it. This makes is far better for both the user and the customer as it is very simple looking and not many complicated features need to be added. Everything is all custom made for the user, whatever you want to add, you are free to do so as it could also include the following features to create more engagement: blogs, posts, messages, emails and multiple web pages. Content management systems are more focused on a person and/or company. To use them, they are very easy to find, I will also give you a couple of examples to push you right ahead: Squarespace, Wix, Joomla (these are the most popular ones out there now, so highly recommended).

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

PMS are systems that are more focused in a certain objective or goal towards an event or plan. Project Management Systems could be an event, every purchase, wages, equipment and so much more. This is usually given to the Project Manager to work on it so they know the limitations and what they should not go over. Where can you find apps, well I will tell you as your reliable source,  some examples are: Trello, Asana, ClickUp and Freedcamp, feel free to browse for what you think is better.
